Sales Terms And Conditions

1. Prices are non-transferable. DIGIOPTO reserves all rights to honor the prices depending on the product and quantities to be ordered. Prices also may change due to USD fluctuations and DIGIOPTO reserves all rights to decline earlier quoted prices due to this reason.
2. Proforma Invoice / prices are Valid only for 7 Days from the date if issue. Please request new Profroma invoice if it’s more than 7 days old.
3. Order once confirmed, cannot be changed or cancelled or amended.
4. Goods once sold will not be taken back at any circumstances. Goods will be replaced only for technical defects or DOA within warranty period.
5. Delivery will be 6 to 10 Days after receipt of Purchase Order & Advance as per T & C mentioned on PI issued.
6. Taxes / packaging and forwarding, freight charges are applicable extra if not added in PI and to be paid by the consignee.
7. Packaging and Transportation charges will be applicable extra depending on weight and courier selected.
8. Please allow minimum 4 to 5 days for order processing. In some cases the order time is 2 to 3 weeks. Please confirm the correct order processing time before sending PO.
9. All respective warranties are applicable only for technical defects. For all warranty claims, the goods will be either repaired or replaced depending on the case.
10. Complete technical support on installation, configuration, wiring and maintenance is available by phone and E-mail.
11. For controllers, LED drivers and electronic devices or cards the support and warranties are covered with respect to manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
12. All orders will be confirmed only by formal PO, fax or E-mail. We do not accept any verbal or phone orders.
13. Site visit, installation, and inspection services are available on chargeable basis and extra which are not included in regular Proforma invoice.
14. Any short-shipments, wrong-shipments or delayed shipments must be informed within 24-48 hours to the respective sales team.
15. “C” forms must be sent within committed periods or full tax will be claimed to the consignee.
16. By placing an order, the customer confirms to accept all terms and conditions specified above.
